Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund within 5 minutes of order confirmation, provided that preparation has not yet begun.
Once food preparation starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

Receipt of an incorrect order (different from what was placed on the website).

Clear product quality issue or damage caused during delivery.

Missing items that were paid for.

Refund Process
For payments made via Fawry or credit/debit cards, refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank’s policy.
